With over 10 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer, I have led a wide range of projects across the technology, energy and financial sectors. My career spans senior in-house roles at global technology companies in the UK, Korea and Australia, as well as experience with multinational accounting and consulting firms, government agencies and law firms. I bring extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, insolvency and restructuring, and cross-border investment.

I have significant experience advising on complex disputes, including shareholder and management control issues, employment and labour disputes, and international litigation, providing strategic guidance in high-stakes situations. In addition, I have advised on corporate financing, data protection and regulatory compliance, and the development of compliance frameworks to support sustainable business operations.
